Barminco is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee underground crews on a FIFO roster from Perth to site. You will coordinate daily underground activities, ensure safety, drive productivity, and maintain shift records while liaising with Project Manager, Mine Foreman and site leadership.

You will bring 5+ years of underground mining ops experience or 2 years as a qualified Mining Engineer, with solid leadership and safety systems knowledge.
