About the role

n

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer will lead ACSG's enterprise-wide marketing strategy across brand, digital, customer engagement, communications, events, product launches and customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes across ACSG's skilled, distribution and retail channels, while positioning ACSG as the preferred growth partner within the cosmeceutical industry. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will contribute to broader business strategy, influence key commercial decisions, identify market opportunities and lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead ACSG's marketing strategy in alignment with the Company's three-year growth plan

n

Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across professional, retail, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels

n

Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of market-leading brands

n

Drive digital transformation, customer engagement and AI-enabled marketing capability

n

Lead product launches,



go-to-market strategies and portfolio expansion initiatives

n

Strengthen relationships with global brand principals, suppliers and industry stakeholders

n

Enhance ACSG's reputation through thought leadership, public relations and industry advocacy

n

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and develop future leaders

n

Own marketing investment, performance measurement, forecasting and ROI optimisation

n

About you

n

10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within cosmeceuticals, aesthetics, skincare, healthcare, wellness, beauty, retail or a related industry

n

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline

n

Demonstrated track record of delivering substantial revenue growth, market share expansion and customer acquisition outcomes

n

Significant experience leading multi-brand portfolios and complex channel strategies

n

Expertise across brand, digital, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, communications and demand generation

n

Strong experience implementing AI-enabled marketing strategies and emerging marketing technologies

n

Proven success leading high-performing teams and driving organisational transformation

n

Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and ROI optimisation

n

Credibility and executive presence to influence Boards, CEOs, executive teams, suppliers and industry partners
