About the Role
• This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA
• Full Time, Permanent
• $90,000-$130,000pa + Super
• Assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation
• Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
• Preparing preliminary sketches,



working drawings and specifications
• Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings
• Coordinating works programs
• Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards
• Calculating costs and estimating time scales
• Collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment
• Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data

About You
• Qualification – Diploma or Higher - Survey
• Proficient in survey instruments, GPS, Total Stations, and survey software (e.g., Topcon, Leica, or Magnet).
• Strong understanding of civil design drawings, models, and IFC documentation.
• Desirable - 1+ years’ experience in civil surveying (construction or infrastructure).
• Competent in managing large datasets and producing defensible as-built records.
• White Card and relevant survey or spatial qualifications (Diploma or Cert IV in Surveying preferred).
• Valid driver's licence.
