Join the Barossa's most iconic wine brands.
Less than an hour from Adelaide, St Hugo and Grant Burge sit among the Barossa Valley's most celebrated wine destinations. Surrounded by sweeping vineyard views and the dramatic Barossa Ranges, this iconic estate brings together world-class wines, exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.
Part of Vinarchy, a global wine company crafting celebrated wines across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Spain, Chile and the United States, we're passionate about creating moments of connection, discovery and enjoyment through wine.
We're looking for hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team, delivering premium restaurant and cellar door experiences across this truly unique destination.
Why This Role Is Different
If you've been searching for a hospitality role that offers genuine work-life balance, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
Unlike many restaurant positions, you'll enjoy predominantly daytime and lunch service shifts, allowing you to build a successful hospitality career without sacrificing your evenings.
You'll spend your days welcoming guests, sharing exceptional wines, showcasing local produce and representing two of Australia's most respected wine brands, all while working in one of the most beautiful settings in the country.
The Opportunity
This permanent full-time role combines restaurant service and cellar door hospitality, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across both premium dining and wine experiences.
One day you may be delivering polished food and wine service in our acclaimed restaurant. The next, you'll be hosting wine tastings,
sharing the stories behind our vineyards and helping guests discover their new favourite wine.
Most importantly, you'll create memorable experiences that keep guests returning to the Barossa and our brands time and again.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who genuinely loves creating memorable experiences for others. Your previous hospitality experience in a restaurant, café, cellar door or premium service setting coupled with your professional yet warm and approachable style will see you thrive in this role.
Additionally, you'll bring:
- A current RSA certificate
- A passion for food, wine and hospitality
- WSET qualifications or wine education will be highly regarded
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
Why Join Vinarchy?
As part of our team, you'll enjoy more than just a great role.
Employee Benefits
- Permanent full-time employment and career stability
- Predominantly lunch and daytime shifts with occasional events and evenings
- Annual staff wine allowance
- Private health insurance discounts
- Wellbeing initiatives and community volunteering opportunities
