Female Support Worker – Dromana | Complex Behaviour Support | NDIS | Casual $32–$45/hr

About the Role – Support Worker, Dromana

We're seeking a young, energetic support worker with genuine experience managing complex behaviours, based in or near Dromana, VIC. This is a hands-on role helping our client maintain independence, live safely at home, and stay engaged with their community.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing one-on-one and group disability support with daily living activities
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Supporting community access, social outings, and community integration
- Advocating for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of the individual you support




- Building trust and meaningful relationships in a person-centred way

Requirements & Qualifications

- Full working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with mental health conditions, complex behaviours, or disability
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (preferred)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Fluent English communication skills

Pay & Contract Details

- $32–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Casual position, 20–38 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 11:30am and 2pm to 5pm
- Overnight shifts available (higher rates may apply)
- Location: Dromana, VIC (in-person, in office support)
