As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and driven Field Manager to help lead, support and develop our team of Technicians.

The Opportunity

As Field Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our field operations, ensuring service excellence, safety compliance and customer satisfaction across all projects and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily leadership, guidance and support to our Technician team.
- Foster a strong safety culture with a focus on Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts and stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and act as a trusted representative of the business.
- Ensure service delivery is completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
- Monitor, analyse and report on service metrics and KPIs, implementing improvements where required.
- Collaborate closely with Service Coordinators to optimise technician utilisation and resource allocation.
- Work alongside internal departments to ensure outstanding customer service and effective budget management.
- Oversee all field service activities and ensure work meets quality and performance standards.




- Manage escalated service issues and provide technical guidance and support when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for a motivated leader with a strong technical background and a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years' industry experience in a field-based role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Demonstrated success leading and inspiring service teams.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using service management software such as SimPro is advantageous.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Genuine passion for improving customer experiences and team performance.
