Tracc Civil is currently seeking a motivated Final Trim Loader Operator who is looking for new challenges and career growth opportunities within the civil construction industry.

This position is suited to individuals with significant civil construction experience and specialist technical capability in final trim operations.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' full-time civil loader operating experience
- Proven Final Trim Loader experience (essential)
- Ability to work around existing underground services
- Subdivision experience preferred
- Current and valid Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly regarded)
- Relevant Loader Operator Ticket
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- Sewer, drainage and general civil construction experience preferred
- GPS Machine Control experience (Topcon, Trimble or Leica) highly regarded
- Solid focus on quality, safety and environmental procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Participate in pre-starts and safety meetings




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a final trim loader safely and efficiently to achieve design levels and project specifications.
- Carry out detailed trimming, spreading and finishing works on civil construction projects.
- Operate plant as directed with due care and responsibility.
- Work around existing underground services safely and effectively.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Maintain close communication with the site team and management.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to maximise productivity and project outcomes.
- Follow directions from the Leading Hand and/or Site Manager while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
