Company Description
Chase Consultants provides eCommerce CFO advisory and consulting services to growing online and retail brands. The firm partners closely with founders and leadership teams to deliver strategic financial leadership, commercial insight, and operational clarity at scale. Chase delivers through a fractional finance team model.
CFO advisory is led by the firm's principal, with consultants working directly with client finance, operations and ecommerce teams to build the systems, analysis and reporting that sit underneath it. Drawing on extensive experience with fast-scaling brands, Chase Consultants supports clients in driving profitable growth, improving margins, and strengthening financial visibility. Engagements range from strategic planning and cashflow modelling to automation of finance processes, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional KPI setting.
Services are tailored to each brand's needs, from financial health checks to ongoing fractional CFO advisory.
How the Role Works
This role is client facing. You work directly with the clients; finance team, operations and ecommerce leads, founders and external accountants to scope, build and implement. You attend client strategy sessions to present your analysis and findings. The principal leads the advisory relationship with founders and owns the recommendations. You own the build, the numbers behind it, and the working relationship that delivers it.
Expect regular direct contact with clients: working sessions, implementation check-ins, and walking teams through what you have built. This role helps set how the firm delivers, with a pathway to leading engagements as the practice grows.
