DW Fox Tucker Lawyers is a commercial law firm with a down-to-earth, relationship-based culture. We are currently looking for a Finance Officer to join our finance team. Working closely with the Finance Manager and the Chief Executive Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s debt recovery process.

We are open to the role being full time or part time.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Accounts Receivable Process in line with the firm’s credit policy
- Collection calls/communication to a variety of debtors via phone and email
- Developing strategies with the Finance Manager to ensure recovery of debts
- Producing monthly debtor statements and letters of demand
- Producing monthly reports to the Finance Manager on debtors.





To be successful in this role you will need:
- The ability to work effectively, manage your own time and prioritise tasks to ensure that all deliverables are met
- High level organisation skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A high level of enthusiasm and drive.

While not essential, ideally you will have experience in a legal firm in a similar role. A strong commitment to a team culture and performance will ensure your success in the role.
