We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our Maintenance Managers in delivering an efficient and effective fleet maintenance programme.

This role is key to maximising customer satisfaction, controlling repair and maintenance (R&M;) costs, and ensuring the longevity and residual value of our fleet.

Key responsibilities

- Create strong relationships with our workshops and suppliers – to ensure strong partnership with agreed standards and quality.
- Strong data management, with the ability to dig deeper than the information given to you. A curious mind is a must, to ensure that we are correctly managing our fleet.
- Ability to question insurance, manufacturers problems and warranty.
- Primary communication with our customers and suppliers via the phone, you will be answering phone calls to give the best customer service possible.
- Assist with the development of company maintenance policies.
- Proactively manage the maintenance costs within agreed policies. Monitor key cost and performance areas and report as required.
- To approve and code invoices relating to vehicle maintenance and servicing.

- Sound written and oral communication skills.
- A high level of computer keyboard skills, being competent with word and excel.
- The ability to multitask, manage fluctuating workloads and manage your time accordingly.
- Valuable interpersonal skills with the ability to interact as part of a team. Ability to build a good rapport with other team members and customers.
- You will have the ability to create processes and reporting mechanisms that ensure our administrative functions flow and are not onerous.
