Bellevue Bar & Terrace is coming to Southbank, and we’re building our Front of House team!

We’re building the FOH team at Bellevue, an exciting new elevated pub concept at the base of Crown Towers. Set along the Yarra River and opening onto the promenade, Bellevue is a modern Melbourne classic - a lively riverfront pub and dining destination where a meal, a match and a martini can comfortably coexist.

With a beautiful open-air terrace, confident bar and welcoming dining spaces, Bellevue is designed to feel premium without being pretentious - a place guests can return to for everything from a quick lunch and afternoon drink to long lunches, celebrations and late-night catch-ups.

We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants and Hosts to help bring Bellevue to life.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Front of House team, you’ll play an important role in creating the effortless, welcoming experience Bellevue is known for. Whether you’re delivering polished food and beverage service across our bar, dining and terrace spaces, or welcoming guests and helping the venue flow seamlessly from arrival through to service, you’ll be an important part of the Bellevue experience.

Our Hosts will take greater ownership of the host function, supporting the wider FOH team and helping manage guest flow across Bellevue’s key entry points.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in great service and want to be part of creating something new.





- Previous experience in a quality food & beverage environment is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Strong floor and table service experience for F&B; roles
- Confident communication and excellent guest service
- Professional, polished and well-presented
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and service standards
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable and flexible across a 7-day roster
- For Hosts, previous hosting, reservations or guest-facing experience is highly regarded
- Current Victorian RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
