About the role

As a Casual Supervisor, you'll support the venue management team with day-to-day operations, lead the team during shifts and ensure our customers receive excellent service. You don't need to be a golf expert, but you must enjoy working with people and be confident taking responsibility in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment. Evening and weekend availability, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays, is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and supporting team members during shifts
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
- Assisting with functions, events and group bookings
- Overseeing bar, food and general venue operations
- Opening and closing the venue when required
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring company policies, safety procedures and RSA requirements are followed
- Supporting venue management with training, presentation and daily operational tasks





About you Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer service

Strong customer service experience

Food and beverage experience

Experience supporting functions and events is highly regarded

Current NSW RSA certificate

Confident leading and motivating a team

Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused

Reliable, organised and able to take initiative

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to remain calm and make sound decisions in a busy environment

Robust attention to detail

Willingness to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility
