Emerald Lakes Golf Club is seeking casual Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendant's to join our team in Carrara, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and guests, while assisting with the day-to-day operations of our bar, bistro, and gaming areas.
What you'll be doing
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role
- Previous experience with TAB, Keno & Gaming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
