About the role: The Virgin Australia Lounge Perth has recently seen a significant increase in travellers, and as the Food & Beverage contractor for the Lounge, Trippas White Group currently has opportunities across a variety of positions including baristas, service, catering, clearing, and wash-up.

This is a rare opportunity to join and represent an iconic international brand. Our mission is to deliver a high quality food and beverage experience for Virgin Australia, while engaging with their most highly valued lounge guests.

The Lounge opens early, and shifts can start as early as 3:30 am across 7 days a week, with shift patterns varying across opening hours. Flexible availability is rewarded with the chance to work across multiple shifts, including closing shifts until midnight. Your own transport is a must.

About You:

You are a positive-minded individual who takes pride in your appearance and presents well. You are socially confident and comfortable engaging with both customers and guests in front-of-house roles.



Self-motivation and passion combine to help you maintain high standards of customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of OH&S; and food hygiene is expected, along with a current RSA certificate and the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.

A well-experienced barista is highly regarded.

On-site training is available for those with the drive to learn new skills. Experienced candidates are equally welcome and will help support and drive the team to meet and exceed the expectations of Virgin Australia and their guests.
