TSS Sensitive Freight is a leading provider of specialised transport and logistics solutions across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver with Reach Truck experience to join our growing team at our Altona depot.
About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position involving the safe movement, storage and handling of freight within our busy transport operation. You will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, managing stock movements and ensuring freight is handled accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Put-away and replenishment of stock using reach equipment
- Picking, staging and preparing freight for dispatch
- Conducting freight checks and stock movements
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse
- Following company policies and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse and transport industry experience
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks when required
