Hero Sushi is currently looking for one Casual Factory Team Member to join our Head Office Factory team.

Hero Sushi operates Sushi Train and Sushi Takeaway stores across Australia, with most of our stores being company-operated. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person who would like to grow with the company and gain a variety of work experience.

Position

- Factory Casual Team Member – 1 position
- Hero Sushi Head Office / Factory

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving deliveries from suppliers, including palletised deliveries
- Packing and preparing pallets for interstate dispatch
- Checking stock levels and placing orders for factory-managed items
- Preparing items for delivery to our stores
- Assisting with general factory duties and occasional administrative tasks

※ This is a physically demanding role, with manual work being a major part of the position. There will also be some administrative and stock-related duties throughout the day.

Requirements

- Valid Driver’s Licence – Essential
- Valid Forklift Licence and ability to operate a forklift – Essential

Desirable





- Basic English communication skills

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- 38 hours per week
- Working hours are fixed and not negotiable
- Depending on operational requirements, an earlier start time (e.g. 8:30am) may occasionally be required.
- Where work is performed beyond 38 hours per week, overtime penalty rates will apply in accordance with the applicable Award and employment conditions.
