Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for an ongoing role with a reputable company and the opportunity to secure permanent employment?
We are currently seeking experienced operators with double-deep High Reach experience who are comfortable working in freezer environments and operating up to 7 bays high.
Please note: This is a hands-on role. You will be required to get on and off the forklift throughout the shift, so we are looking for reliable all-rounders who are comfortable with physical work.
The Role
- High Reach forklift operation including putaways, replenishments and bulk pallet picks
- Double-deep High Reach experience is essential
- Confident operating up to 7 bays high
- Counterbalance operation including loading and unloading
- Working in freezer environments of up to -27°C
- Working across cross-dock, chiller and freezer areas
- Case picking using RF scanners
- Tugger operation and manual handling as required
- Monday to Friday ongoing work
- $44.86–$51.14 per hour + $2.16 per hour freezer allowance + OT!!
- AM Shift: 5:00am start
- PM Shift: 1:00pm start
- Cold storage equipment provided

What We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced all-round warehouse operators who:
- Hold a valid forklift licence
- Have solid double-deep High Reach experience
- Are comfortable working at height
- Have previous freezer/cold storage experience
- Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Have RF scanning and picking experience
- Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Are comfortable working in temperatures as low as -27°C
- Have their own suitable freezer gear
