About the role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure service excellence across reception, concierge, and guest services.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about people, luxury guest experience, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Front Office operations
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage rostering and staffing requirements
- Handle guest feedback and escalations
- Oversee the night team, night audit and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with procedures and policies
- Support upselling and revenue initiatives
About You
- Previous Front Office leadership experience
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for luxury guest experience and service excellence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Opera knowledge
- Full working rights in Australia
- Full NSW Driving Licence
- RSA
