We style homes daily for sale campaigns and pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and results. Our team is made up of young, ambitious people who want to push styling boundaries and deliver the best possible outcome for every client.

The Role

This isn't just a styling role — it's a genuine growth path. We're looking for someone who wants to operate end-to-end: warehouse prep, on-site execution, and eventually team leadership. You'll bring your own creative point of view to every property, not just execute a checklist. We provide training and a supportive environment to help you expand your career, and as we grow, so does your opportunity to grow with us.

One thing that sets us apart: we design and develop our own furniture and decor range in-house. As you develop in the role, you'll play a hand in sourcing and curating that range — helping shape what actually goes into homes we style, not just placing what's already on the shelf.

We're an established business with over a decade of staging experience, but we're pushing to reach recent levels in our range and our systems — and we want someone with the energy and ambition to help drive that, not just fill a seat.

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 2 years' experience in home staging or a similar fast-paced styling role





? Strong styling ability with a sharp eye for detail and a finger on current design trends

? A positive, ambitious attitude — genuinely engaged, not just going through the motions

? The drive to grow into leadership — guiding and coordinating the team on-site over time

⚡ Able to work efficiently under time pressure and deliver consistent results

Operational Capability — Confident In:

- Pulling and preparing stock and styling packages from the warehouse
- Coordinating installs and pack-downs, and planning logistics routes
- Taking ownership — a proactive, can-do mindset
- Making calls on stock — what to keep, rotate, or move on from the warehouse
- Building toward managing jobs and guiding team members on-site

? Physically capable of hands-on styling work
