We are seeking a General Hand to join our Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing Division. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an immediate start.

The role will primarily support our granulation process, assisting with the preparation and handling of plastic sheet offcuts for recycling and reprocessing.

Tasks will include:

- Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Removing protective film from plastic sheet offcuts prior to granulation
- Sorting, preparing and handling plastic materials for recycling and reprocessing
- Operating a forklift to move materials, bins and pallets throughout the work area
- Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures

Shift Hours The successful applicant will initially be required to work 3:00 pm-11:00 pm while completing training. Once fully trained, the position will move to a day shift of 6:00 am-2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

To be successful you must have the following:

- Current Forklift Licence (required)
- Availability to work 3:00 pm-11:00 pm during the training period,



before transitioning to the permanent day shift
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehousing or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Be physically fit and comfortable completing repetitive, hands-on work
- Ability to work safely and efficiently within a busy manufacturing environment
- Reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work full-time hours and overtime as required
- Own car and driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
- Full working rights within Australia
