Role Description This is a full-time, in office Glazier role based in Brisbane, QLD. The Glazier will install, repair, and replace glass in windows, doors, and other architectural features on residential and commercial sites. Daily tasks include aluminium windows & doors installation, fitting and sealing glazing units, handling glass safely, and using hand and power tools to complete installations.

The role involves reading plans or work orders, inspecting completed work for quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with supervisors, tradespeople, and clients as needed. The Glazier may also assist with basic maintenance, site clean-up,



and adherence to company safety procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Practical experience with window and glazing installation, including measuring, cutting, fitting, and sealing glass components.
- Skills in working with doors that incorporate glass panels or glazing systems, ensuring proper alignment and secure installation.
- Knowledge of auto glass handling and replacement processes, or willingness to learn automotive glazing where required.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professional conduct on-site, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in glazing or a related construction field is highly beneficial.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and work at heights when required.
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
