An opportunity has become available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a leading national tier one contractor delivering a significant, technically complex project in Western Sydney.

This is a substantial build with a strong pipeline of work ahead and a well-established project team. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals in a genuine Tier 1 environment, giving you ownership of substantial packages and exposure to the commercial delivery of a large-scale, technically complex build.

It’s an excellent opportunity for a CA who enjoys being close to the project, wants meaningful responsibility and is looking to add a major project to their Portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to a Senior CA / Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of key subcontract packages and be involved across:

- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Subcontractor management, variations and progress claims
- Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial administration
- Contract correspondence and documentation
- Working closely with the site and project teams to resolve commercial issues
- Managing packages from procurement through to final account

About You
You’ll ideally have:





- 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or established Tier 2 head contractor
- Exposure to projects valued at $300M+
- Strong subcontractor and package management experience
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage your own workload
- A construction management, quantity surveying or related degree
- Experience across data centres, health, defence, major commercial, infrastructure or other technically complex projects would be highly regarded.
