An established residential builder is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their construction team across South East Queensland.

This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who has significant residential experience and is ready for a change. Previous Construction Manager experience will be highly regarded.

For the right candidate, the business is prepared to offer up to $190k + super + ute.

The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing a portfolio of residential builds
- Driving construction programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Supporting and mentoring Site Managers and Supervisors
- Managing escalated construction and site issues
- Maintaining high standards across quality and compliance
- Managing key subcontractor and trade relationships
- Identifying delays and implementing solutions




- Working closely with the wider construction and operations teams
- Driving consistency and accountability across your projects

What We're Looking For

- Extensive residential construction experience
- Proven Senior Site Manager experience
- Construction Manager experience is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of high-volume residential construction
- Experience managing multiple builds and competing priorities
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Excellent construction programming knowledge
- Confident dealing with trades, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- A track record of delivering quality residential projects
