We are seeking an experienced **Development Project Manager** to join our Property team. This pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning, design, procurement, and delivery of development projects across our Residential Care and Retirement Living portfolio.

Join a purpose-driven organisation where you'll help shape high-quality communities and deliver projects that make a meaningful difference to the lives of older Australians.**Key responsibilities include:*** Lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects, from feasibility, approvals, and procurement through to construction and handover.* Develop and implement project strategies that achieve agreed outcomes for time, cost, quality, safety, risk, and customer experience.* Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, approval papers, and governance submissions to support project decision-making.* Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, commercial performance, and development returns.* Drive design excellence and ensure projects align with operational requirements, customer needs, sustainability goals, and organisational standards.* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, community representatives, councils, consultants, and contractors.* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, WHS requirements,
