As a BIG Merchandiser , you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through exact task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

nAbout the Role n

Territory: DAPTO and surrounds

n
n

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

n
n

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday is highly regarded.

n
n

Essential: Driver licence and car

n
nKey Responsibilities n
n

n
- Driving strong relationships with store personnel
n
n
- Building and maintaining quality displays in store
n
n
- Negotiating promotional space
n
n
- Executing planograms
n
n
- Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
n
n
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
n
- Safely performing the physical requirements,



including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
n

nSuccessful candidate will need n
n

n
- Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
n
- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
n
n
- Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
n
- An ability to work autonomously
n
n
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
