Multiple opportunities currently exist for graduate engineers to support our manufacturing operations.

- Control Room Automation Lead – Take ownership of our remote manufacturing control systems, driving operational reliability and continuous improvement through SCADA and PLC programming, fault finding, telemetry implementation, and automation projects. Play a key role in improving plant uptime, process stability, and production performance at the pacemaker.




- Process Improvement Engineer – Accelerate your development through a structured rotational program across Reliability, Quality, Engineering, and Operations. Gain broad exposure to manufacturing excellence while leading initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, quality, and production outcomes.

Essential

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or related)
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Self-driven and pro-active, having a willingness to learn and ambition to develop toward leadership

Desirable

- Exposure to team leadership through community service or sport
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
