We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solicitor to support our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role:
You will play a critical role in supporting our team as they deliver first rate legal services to our clients. You will work closely with Associates, handling a range of legal and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and matter progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
-Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Assisting with due diligence, document reviews, and transaction support
- Managing case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating and preparing legal submissions and filings
- Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and government bodies
- Supporting solicitors with matter management and administrative tasks
- Utilizing legal technology and case management systems to streamline work
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally you will have 1-2 years of experience in a commercial law firm OR a strong legal academic background with relevant internships. Training will be provided.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of anticipating team needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how law firms operate
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal practice management software
- Team player who can work with different personalities in a boutique firm environment
