A newly created opportunity now exists for a Head of Continuous Improvement to join the Adelaide office and lead firm-wide improvement activity at an important stage of growth. Reporting to the COO and accountable to the CI Investment Forum, this role will ensure improvement work is prioritised, measured and delivered as an investment portfolio rather than a collection of projects.

The Head of Continuous Improvement will drive efficiency, innovation and process optimisation across divisions and the whole firm. Working closely with divisional leaders, Technology and Operations, the role will lead process design, identify high-value opportunities, quantify economic and capacity impacts, and maintain a prioritised CI portfolio. With a focus on increasing margin and leverage, releasing Partner and senior capacity,



improving service flow and reducing operational risk and rework, this position will support the scalable growth of the firm.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a complex process environment, with demonstrated success embedding CI practices and championing a culture of continuous improvement. You will have strong operational understanding of qualified services economics and experience redesigning operating models using Lean, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma or related methodologies. As an analytical, collaborative and commercially focused leader, you will be able to credibly quantify capacity and margin impact, engage stakeholders at all levels and bring a clear bias toward simplicity.
