My client is a property development and investment group focused on sustainable growth, strategic investment and operational excellence, the business continues to expand its portfolio while delivering long-term value for partners and communities.

Reporting to MD and overseeing a tight knit finance team of 4 this role will assume responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, audit, cashflow forecasting, tax compliance (with support of advisers), and analysis across the group of entities and projects.

You will lead annual budgeting, prepare and maintaining development feasibilities, playing a key role in making sure cash flow adequately supports operations and in preparing,



negotiating, monitoring, and reporting project budgets.

We are seeking an experienced finance qualified from the property development sector with relevant experience managing feasibilities, people leadership and business skills.
