Our client is a national company currently breaking into the WA market, delivering a major bulk earthworks project and looking to add an experienced HSE Compliance Officer to the team.

This is a hands-on site-based role working directly across the bulk earthworks operation , supporting the site team with HSE compliance, inspections, risk management and ensuring safety standards are maintained across the project.

Working on a 2:1 roster , this is a great opportunity to join a company at an exciting stage of its WA expansion.

About You

- Previous HSE experience within civil, construction or mining
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance
- Experience with inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Confident working with supervisors,



subcontractors and site crews
- Robust communication and documentation skills
- Relevant HSE qualifications
- Previous FIFO / remote site experience highly regarded
