✅ Must-haves:

- Tasmanian Driver's License and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Current Tasmanian WWVP card with NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (valid and up to date)




- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Proof of working rights in Australia (for visa holders)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work compassionately with vulnerable clients
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)

✅ The Role:

In the role of Home Care Employee, you will be providing our aged care clients and those with a disability with in-home and community services such as:

- General Housekeeping and making beds.
- Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping.

You will also be providing our Aged Care clients with personal care services including:
- Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
- Assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
- Providing social support.
- Supporting their Reablement.
- Providing complex care for clients with high care needs such as dementia.
- Providing the client with transport to lifestyle activities or appointments.
- Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
