Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Run your own section confidently within a busy a la carte environment
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and wine pairings
- Create memorable guest experiences through genuine and attentive service
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support the successful delivery of restaurant, café, and event operations

About you

- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality
- At least 1 year experience as a Section Waiter/Waitress or similar
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Experience working in busy, high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of service sequence and order flow
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Availability to work accross 7 day rotating rosters, including weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
- Punctuality, reliability and respect towards colleagues and your role.

- Bar experience
- Barista experience
- Wine and spirits knowledge
- Upselling experience
- Experience using Ordermate POS
- Previous experience in events, weddings, or premium venues

Important Location Requirement

Please note there is no public transport access to Marnong Estate. Applicants must have their own vehicle or reliable transport to travel to Mickleham.

Recruitment Process

Due to the expected volume of applications, only applicants who meet the above requirements will be contacted.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a 2-hour practical trial, where you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your hospitality skills, service standards, professionalism, and team fit.

Following the trial process, successful candidates will be offered opportunities within our Restaurants, Events, and Café teams.

Pay: $33.05 – $33.85 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
