We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team.

Reporting to the Head of People, this role provides operational and strategic human resources support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with managers and employees across multiple business units, delivering practical HR solutions and ensuring consistent, compliant and customer-focused HR services.

Your typical day will include:

- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Providing advice and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance management and workplace policies
- Assisting with investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and other employee documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Monitoring compliance with employment legislation, Awards, and company policies
- Supporting HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Preparing workforce reports and HR metrics
- Promoting safe, inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces
- Building strong relationships with managers and employees across the business

About you To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and workplace policies
- Experience across recruitment, onboarding,



employee relations and performance management processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
