A LITTLE ABOUT US

Beauty & Skin Co. has been doing this for almost 14 years.

We're an established, independent full-service boutique skin and beauty clinic in Moonee Ponds, looking after both men and women from Moonee Ponds and the surrounding Melbourne suburbs.

Our treatment menu covers everything from brows, lashes and beauty services through to advanced skin revision, laser and collagen-boosting treatments.

We believe skin and beauty shouldn't be treated as separate worlds. Our clients should be able to come to one team who understands the bigger picture and can create a treatment plan around their goals, lifestyle and budget.

We're established, but we're still growing. We're constantly learning, investing in new technology and developing our team — and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of our next chapter.

THE ROLE

As a Hybrid Skin & Beauty Therapist, you'll work across both sides of our business.

You'll be performing

- Cutera Secret PRO — RF Microneedling & CO2
- Cutera XEO — including Laser Genesis
- Dermapen 4
- Healite LED
- Advanced skin revision treatments
- Skin consultations and personalised treatment planning
- Brow sculpting and brow services
- Lash lifts and other beauty services
- Professional skincare consultations and home-care recommendations
- Treatments using professional ranges including DMK and iS Clinical





You'll work with a wide variety of clients — from someone wanting the perfect brow or lash lift, to someone working through acne, scarring, pigmentation, ageing or skin texture over the long term. And you'll never be expected to stop learning.

We invest in ongoing paid training and development because we want our therapists to understand why they're doing something, not just follow a treatment protocol.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll ideally have

- 2+ years' hands-on experience in a salon, skin clinic or boutique clinic environment
- Genuine confidence across both skin AND beauty
- Experience performing advanced skin treatments, or the ability and willingness to learn them
- Confidence with consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
- A genuine interest in skin health and achieving results
- Excellent attention to detail — especially when it comes to brows and beauty
- A warm, confident personality and the ability to make clients feel comfortable
- A curious brain — we love a therapist who asks "why?", not just "what do I do?"
- The ability to work independently while still being part of a team
- Availability for nights and Saturdays

You don't need to know every treatment we offer on day one. But you do need to be someone who wants to become bloody positive at what you do.
