A design-led design and construct consultancy doing things differently. In an industry often driven by targets or margins, this studio operates a genuinely integrated model: workplace strategy, design, and costing delivered together, under one roof. Clients see designs they can actually afford before committing months of time and budget. There's no disconnect between what gets designed and what gets built.

In this role, you'll support a Senior Interior Designer on complex projects while independently running smaller jobs. Day to day, that means contributing to schematic design and seeing projects through, managing your own workload across projects, and starting to build direct client relationships. You'll report to the Associate Director and have room to develop your own approach, with support available when you need it. If you've spent a few years working under senior guidance and you're ready to take on more, this is a logical next step.

The studio invests in what individuals are interested in, not just what the role requires. If workplace strategy interests you, there's a real opportunity to contribute to that work and collaborate directly with a workplace strategist to gain specialist experience. Maybe you're interested in WELL, acoustics,

sustainability… or maybe you're interested in commercial property, finance, or business? Where there's genuine interest, they'll provide formal training or mentoring to support development in that direction.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- 3–5 years of local interior design experience, with a portfolio of workplace fit-out projects in your portfolio

- Robust working knowledge of Revit (essential), InDesign, and Enscape

- Confidence with client communication and ability to present to clients (essential)

- Ability to manage smaller projects with increasing independence

- D&C; exposure is preferred, though not a hard requirement

- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine appetite to keep learning

What’s on offer:

- Salary $85,000 - $95,000 Superannuation

- Hybrid working after the initial three-month in-office period (2 days WFH)

- Varied commercial project portfolio with consistent volume and genuine stability

- Emphasis on Learning & Development, with formal training or mentoring available to support individual growth interests
