AgriRisk a Gallagher company is specialist insurance brokerage focused on the agricultural sector, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to farming and agribusiness clients across Australia.

About the role

As an Internal Account Executive, you will play a key support role within our broking team, assisting Account Executives and Brokers with the day-to-day management of client portfolios.

You will be involved in a broad range of insurance administration and client service activities, including claims support, renewal preparation, quoting, remarketing, policy processing and insurer liaison.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a rewarding career within the insurance and agricultural industries.

A Day in the Life

- Assist Brokers and Account Executives with the ongoing management of client portfolios.
- Support Brokers throughout the claims process by coordinating claim lodgements, following up claim progress, and liaising with our dedicated claims team.
- Prepare renewal documentation and complete pre-renewal reviews.
- Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.




- Assist with policy remarketing activities and insurer submissions.
- Prepare insurance documentation, schedules, certificates and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client records and electronic files.
- Provide timely and professional service to clients

Skills and experience

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with robust relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in insurance is beneficial but not essential. Reworded this
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain).
