The firm provides services across Accounting, Tax, Business Advisory, Audit, Financial Planning, Finance Broking and SMSF, with a diverse client base and broad technical exposure.
Led by eight experienced Partners, the firm has an excellent track record of developing people internally, with six current Partners having originally joined the business as undergraduates.

About the Role You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting and taxation work while developing greater exposure to advisory and client management.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns
- Preparing BAS and other taxation compliance obligations
- Assisting with tax planning and complex taxation matters
- Supporting business and corporate advisory engagements
- Liaising directly with clients and developing robust relationships
- Managing workflow, budgets and deadlines
- Working closely with Partners, Directors and Managers
- Reviewing and mentoring junior accountants where appropriate
About You
You will have
- 3+ years’ Australian public practice experience
- Relevant Accounting, Commerce or Business degree
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience
- Sound knowledge of Australian taxation and financial reporting requirements
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior accountants
- Strong organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience with APS, Xero, MYOB, Class, QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 highly regarded
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to progress your career
