This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, stock control, and warehouse duties. You'll assist customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and recommend suitable irrigation and agricultural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Assist customers with product selection and technical solutions
- Process sales and maintain showroom presentation
- Receive, move, and manage stock
- Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties
About you
- Friendly, reliable, and customer focused
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience or understanding of irrigation, agriculture, farming, or rural industries
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pumps and irrigation systems (desirable)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Previous retail, trade, or rural merchandise experience (desirable)
- Comfortable safely lifting and moving products such as pumps, troughs, irrigation pipe, and related equipment
