About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join Timothy Bolton on a full-time basis. This position is based in Fernvale, QLD 4306 and offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic trades and services team. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by assisting with manual tasks, site preparation, and general labour duties. This position is essential to the smooth running of our projects and the success of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation and general groundwork activities
- Perform manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors and senior team members
- Maintain and organise tools, equipment and materials on site
- Support skilled tradespeople with their day-to-day activities
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
- Load, unload and transport materials and equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures and guidelines on site
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of work areas

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding manual labour
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid commitment to health and safety practices on site




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous labouring experience is preferred but not essential
- Relevant qualifications such as a White Card (WH&S; Induction) or willingness to obtain one
