Adecco Australia is investing in our Key Account Management team and we are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to help grow and strengthen our strategic client partnerships.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland. You will manage and grow key client accounts, build trusted relationships, and work with our teams nationally to deliver great outcomes for clients and candidates.

What you’ll do

· Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.

· Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

· Find opportunities to expand our services and deliver more value to clients.

· Partner with sales, delivery and support teams to ensure smooth client outcomes.

About you

You are a commercially minded recruitment or workforce solutions qualified who enjoys building partnerships, spotting growth opportunities and making things easier for clients.

You’ll bring





· Experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or account management.

· A strong track record of growing existing accounts and building client trust.

· Commercial confidence, including pricing, margin and performance conversations.

· The ability to influence, collaborate and get outcomes across a national business.
