Black Rock Inn, located in Blackwater, is looking for a motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our friendly hospitality team at our on-site restaurant 21 Doon. This is an prospect to gain hands-on experience, build your confidence and further develop your cooking skills within a busy restaurant and accommodation environment. Working alongside our experienced chef, you'll assist with food preparation, cooking, kitchen service, cleaning and maintaining high food-safety standards. You'll support the delivery of quality meals for motel guests, local diners, functions and corporate groups.

About you
- Available Monday to Friday - Dinner Service Only (some weekend work for functions)
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience
- A genuine interest in food and cooking
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive, practical and can-do attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- A reliable team player who is happy to get involved wherever needed
- Good communication and time-management skills
- An understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety requirements
