This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead the daily work of a small crew while remaining actively involved on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising and organising the crew
- Allocating daily tasks and coordinating materials
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on time
- Carrying out and overseeing both hardscape and softscape work
About you
- Strong experience in residential landscaping or a related trade
- The ability to lead, organise and motivate a small team
- Pride in delivering high-quality, detail-focused work
- Good communication and a skilled approach with clients and suppliers
- A reliable, practical and hands-on attitude
- A current driver's licence for site travel
