We’re looking for a Craftsman’s Right Hand to join our small, passionate team.
We create beautiful coastal and country landscaping projects across the Mornington Peninsula, with a strong focus on quality, detail and exceptional finishes.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has landscaping, construction or relevant trade experience.
Holds a current licence and can confidently drive manual. Is proactive and can work without constant direction.
Has a solid eye for detail and takes pride in their workmanship.
Communicates confidently and speaks up when unsure.
Is reliable, hardworking and physically capable.
Can listen, learn, remember and follow throughIs mature, respectful and keen to develop their skills
You’ll work closely with an experienced landscaper who is genuinely passionate about his craft, so being willing to learn and take pride in doing things properly is essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become a valued and trusted member of a small team and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Experience in landscaping, stonework, paving, carpentry, concreting, building or another relevant trade will be highly regarded.
