- $119,864 per annum including superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging or $49.5755 per hour
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Quality Advisor to play a pivotal role in driving quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement across our organisation
About The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about improving services, influencing positive change and working collaboratively with leaders and teams to achieve better outcomes for our clients and communities. Reporting to the Manager Governance, you will provide expert advice, leadership and support across a dedicated quality portfolio while contributing to organisation-wide continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
As a Lead Quality Advisor, you will take ownership of one of the Continuous Quality Improvement and Incident Management portfolio.
You will lead organisation-wide quality improvement and incident management initiatives to strengthen service quality, safety and performance across LCHS. The role works collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement evidence-based quality initiatives, and ensure improvements arising from audits, reviews and investigations are embedded into practice.

You are a collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys working in complex environments and navigating legislative, quality and organisational requirements.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Bring
- Experience in quality improvement, incident management, compliance or a related field.
- Experience working within community health, healthcare, human services or a similarly regulated setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to develop policies,
reports and organisational resources.
- Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of initiative, professionalism and attention to detail.
Position Requirements
- Employee Working with Children Check
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, quality, risk management, business management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
