The Royce is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lifestyle Officer Co-Ordinator to join our team at The Royce Penrith, within the Aged Care department. This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As the Lifestyle Officer Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing engaging lifestyle programs and activities for our residents, with a focus on promoting overall well-being and quality of life.

You will also manage a team of two Lifestyle Officers. Your main tasks will include:

- Developing and facilitating a diverse range of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of our residents
- Working closely with residents, their families, and other staff members to identify preferences, strengths, and abilities in order to create personalised activity plans
- Organising and overseeing outings, events, and entertainment opportunities both within the facility and in the local community




- Collaborating with external providers and volunteers to enhance the variety and quality of lifestyle programs offered
- Documenting resident participation and progress in activities, as well as maintaining accurate records of program planning and evaluation
- Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and strategies aimed at continuously improving the overall lifestyle services provided
- Driving the Higher Every Day Living Fee Environment within the facility
- Managing a small team of two Lifestyle Officers
