Local Laws Officer
- Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne
- Pay: $44/hour + super
- Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week)
- Tenure: Contract until end of October (Strong possibility of extension)
- The Role: Carry out standard local laws enforcement across the council area, focusing on litter control, abandoned vehicles, unkempt properties, and illegal dumping.
Local Laws Support Officer
- Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne
- Pay: $44/hour + super
- Hours: Full time (38 hours/week)
- Tenure: Contract until end of October (Strong possibility of extension)
- The Role: Deliver administrative and customer support to the Community Safety and Amenity teams. Support key programs including animal management, infringement processing, local permits/licensing, environmental health, and the school crossing supervisor program.
Parking Enforcement Officer
- Location: Southeastern Suburbs, Melbourne
- Pay: $40 - $45/hour + super
- Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week)
- Tenure: Contract until February 2027 (Possibility of extension)
- The Role:
Maintain community safety and traffic flow by conducting regular patrols and issuing parking infringement notices in accordance with local regulations.
Community Safety Officer
- Location: Horsham & Grampians Area
- Pay: $50/hour + super
- Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week)
- Tenure: 3-month initial contract (Strong opportunity for extension or permanency)
- The Role: Provide education and customer-focused law enforcement to ensure community safety.
- Requirements: Strong preference for candidates with animal management or handling experience.
