About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient movement of renewable energy products through our supply chain. Supporting a national wholesale distribution business, you will coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers, oversee warehouse and transport activities, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers across Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight across Australia.
- Arrange and monitor transport bookings with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates.
- Resolve freight delays, delivery issues, damages, and claims.
- Vendor negotiation, cost control, regular updates of ERP freight cost matrix
- Assist with inventory planning and stock replenishment activities.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers and customers.
- Maintain logistics performance metrics and identify improvements.

About you

- 2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain,



freight coordination, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of transport and distribution processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in renewable energy, electrical, wholesale or industrial products sectors (desirable).
- Experience using ERP or WMS systems (desirable).
- Knowledge of import/export processes and international freight (desirable).
