Responsibilities

- Assist with the fabrication, assembly and handling of steel products, including flashings
- Operate manufacturing machinery, folding equipment and processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Prepare, measure and handle materials in accordance with production requirements
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products using safe manual handling techniques
- Read and interpret customer drawings, technical documents and production instructions
- Input and manage customer drawings within company systems and production folders
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards




- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards promptly

Your Profile

- Roll Form Machine experience highly regarded

- Previous manufacturing, production, construction or industrial experience preferred
- Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment highly regarded
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans or trade documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance record

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Full working rights within Australia
- Availability to work day, afternoon or night shift as required
