Join our Isolation Valve team in Wangara, where you'll operate Manual and CNC machinery to manufacture, modify, and repair components that support some of the world's most recognised valve brands, including Clarkson®, Keystone®, Vanessa™, KTM™, and Lunkenheimer® valves. You'll play an important role in delivering quality products and solutions to customers across mining, energy, water, and industrial markets while working in a safe, modern workshop environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Operate Manual machining equipment including Lathes and Vertical Boring Machines (VBR).
- Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines.
- Program and edit CNC programs using relevant programming systems.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and work-holding equipment.
- Use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification.
- Complete machining activities safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and production documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and customer requirements.
- Follow Emerson's quality, safety, and operational standards at all times.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Experience operating Manual and CNC machining equipment.
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment and interpret machining requirements.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling,



and work-holding systems.
- Solid commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and proactive approach to work.
- Robust communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner, Machinist, or equivalent.
- CNC machining experience.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Okuma, and Siemens programming systems.
- Current Dogging Licence.
- Experience within a manufacturing, machining, or industrial workshop environment.
