ABOUT SO4

SO4 is pioneering the development of Western Australia’s first Sulphate of Potash (SOP) operation. With our first product successfully delivered and operations ramping up, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. To reach nameplate capacity, we are undertaking further development and expansion capital works, and we need skilled and driven professionals to help deliver this next stage.

THE ROLE – Make an Impact!

As the Maintenance Planner reporting to the Senior Maintenance Planner on site, working an 8/6 roster with a B2B, you will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, as well as scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the maintenance of all plant and mobile equipment. You will plan and organise preventative, as well as predictive maintenance processes.

You will

- Develop and execute maintenance strategies for plant and mobile equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure best practice maintenance outcomes to drive reliability and efficiency.

Implement the Maintenance Management Plan, including shutdown planning and statutory responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a candidate with well-developed communication and consultation skills with the ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. You will have the capacity to handle complex situations and have strong numerical and analytical skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

What you bring:

Australian-recognised Engineering Trade Certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Fabrication)

3+ years’ experience in maintenance planning for fixed and mobile plant operations

Solid analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Proficiency in Pronto, MS Project, Excel,



and other maintenance software

Knowledge of Work Health & Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022

Bonus Points For: Cert IV in Frontline Management, Aconex & INX experience
